Property Owners

Owners who wish to contract Grupo ALPE’s Hospitality management membership for the service and care of their properties, will have access to special benefits and services at a preferential cost.

Among the services offered are the commercialization by digital means of the property, administration of the property as well as monitoring its maintenance on a regular basis.

The list of services included can be reviewed below. Next to each service you will find its price, which is the cost in case of deciding to hire isolated services.

Weekly visit to the property. $200

Attendance at owner assembly meetings on behalf of the owner $350
Distributor price in Home Appliances (20% to 30% lower than regular price).
1 AC maintenance with certified staff. $350 per unit
5 hours of access to the Grupo ALPE office coworking area to attend to personal matters, schedule meetings, print documents, etc. $2,700

3 bedrooms $5,800

Guests

Guests staying in properties managed by Grupo ALPE’s Hospitality division will enjoy benefits and services superior to those offered at other properties.

Within the list of services, there are the following:

  • Bathroom amenities
  • Impecable bedroom linens
  • Fresh fruit basket for guests upon arrival at the property
  • Domestic cleaning staff and cook (cook will represent an extra cost)
  • Purchase of articles and goods requested previous to arrival (with extra cost)
  • Local guide with recommendations and special benefits at Grupo ALPE’s partner places.
  • Available menus with supermarket lists to be cooked at home. (cook will represent an extra cost)
  • Bilingual 24/7 Concierge with preferred prices in the following services: 
    • Personal Chef
    • Private Tours
    • Private Events at the beach (sunrise and sunset event)
    • Airport transfers
    • Restaurant guide organized by location, price or type of food.
